As a US Marine with three teens researching colleges at once, I will make sure that they consider all the military service academies as well as the USPSA. Our kids have grown up hearing from my wife and I about how the freedoms that they and their friends enjoy are not "free" - that there must be those willing to work to provide those freedoms, as well as those willing to protect and even fight for those freedoms. All of these institutions provide a means for them to reach their goals, while also working towards serving our country.
